Yves is an award-winning Professor of Customer Experience Management at KU Leuven. He is on a mission to make the world a better place for customers — by helping organizations design experiences that create lasting value.

He published in leading academic journals, co-founded KALEPA – a KU Leuven spin-off, and regularly delivers international keynotes. Yves is also involved in executive education at the Danish University of Technology (DTU) in Copenhagen, and teaches a Marketing Basics course to the social profit sector.
